We believe that this ethos will raise the attainment and progress of students and create an environment that is truly inclusive in all aspects. Arcadia's commitment to being an inclusive school is also reflected in our admissions policy wherein it is recognised that student diversity is integral to the school. Lesson observations and planning scrutinies take place on a regular basis and it is clear that teachers differentiate for students’ needs. The Head of Inclusion and Inclusion Support Teacher meet regularly with teachers to advise on planning and learning environments where necessary
