Charmaine Ong
Charmaine discovered her passion for helping others communicate effectively from an early age. She accepted a scholarship from MOH Holdings to read Speech and Language Pathology at the National University of Singapore.Prior to joining private practice, Charmaine worked in a variety of settings including acute and community hospital, schools, home therapy and outpatient clinic.. She is experienced in the clinical assessment and treatment of paediatric and adolescent communication disorders. Her experience includes working with children with neurological disorders, learning difficulties, and acute illnesses. Charmaine maintains a special interest in clinical education and has served as clinical educator for both speech therapy students as well as junior therapists.
