Mira Yoon
Mira is an Art Psychotherapist. She specialises in using visual arts as a medium of language for psychotherapy. Through the therapeutic use of arts, Mira guides her clients who experience emotional challenges and psychological distress to attain healing and growth. Mira’s therapeutic orientation is client-centred, and her theoretical framework is informed by integrated models, which includes Freudian psychoanalytic psychodynamics, Jungian analytical depth psychology, Gestalt psychology, Rogerian Humanistic Person-Centred therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory, Piagetian theory of cognitive development and Mindfulness-based and Trauma-informed art therapy.
